Broker and Agent Cooperation: To qualify for the Broker Commission, you must be a licensed real estate agent who is (1) 18 years of age or older, (2) employed by or affiliated with an active real estate broker licensed to conduct business, and (3) in compliance with other required conditions. A broker will not earn a commission unless they (i) register the client with CitrusCraft Homes, LLC before any property showings and comply with all other necessary conditions, and (ii) are listed as the cooperating Broker on the Purchase Agreement.
Registration Validity: The registration is effective for a period of six (6) months from the registration date. If a client has previously contacted the Seller directly-such as by phone call, text, emaol, or online form submission-before a Prospect Registration Agreement is in place, the Broker will not be eligible for a selling office commission.
Commission Payment: Commission is paid only if, and when, the home purchase successfully closes, fully funds, and all conditions are met. CitrusCraft Homes, LLC reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
